Being able to use public transit or even ride a bicycle and get almost everywhere you need to go on a regular basis is incredible. But, you will also want to think about traffic and your commute as this can lead to additional costs. It is ideal to look at traffic patterns to end up in an apartment that allows you to skip traffic on most or all work days.

Finding an apartment with these tips in mind will ensure you find one that allows for a low-cost lifestyle.
