Another type of concession you can ask for in a purchase is to ask for a quick closing with a close date in three weeks instead of four or more. You can also ask for the seller to pay for a home warranty in the transaction.

Get Your Financing In Order

Another great way to make your home buying process easier is to make sure you have your financing in order before you make an offer to purchase a home. You should get with a mortgage broker weeks in advance to apply for and get pre-approved for your mortgage. This will also tell you how much you qualify for in financing and gives you a spending limit.
